  • 116 123 – Confidential Phone Samaritan and the Companion (24h/day)
  • 116 111 – TOM phone for children and adolescents (between 12 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
  • 01 520 99 00 – Crisis hotline (between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.)
